NOV 27- Here's something I heard yesterday. Watch and listen and enjoy. Fretless instruments are always the most wonderful to me. I have just returned from my second trip to New York City. I saw Matisse, Picasso, and a lovely sunset on Coney Island. Things are going well on the creative front and I recommend jogging for everyone as an aid to creativity. Peace, Y.

NOV 18- Hello again. I'm writing this from a car park in Virginia, in front of me is the back of 'Park's Cleaners' I am assuming that Park is Korean. Probably a woman, but maybe a man. Men can clean. To my right is a McDonalds and to my left a Boston Market. Nefisa says hello to you from this strange crease in the fabric of planet earth's linen trousers.

Today I have two things to say, the first will be relevant to everyone who checks this site, the second will only be relevant to one person.

Firstly, I did a small gig in Washington D.C. a couple of weeks ago, at George Washington University reunion party where everyone bought deserts. I arrived with my guitar and I was quite hungry and therefore annoyed at this hedonistic fest of sweets and cakes and soft drinks all laid out on the table. It was a desert party. I have never heard of such a silly thing. I began to crave so much for just for a single non-sweet thing, a simple piece of bread and a simple glass of water. I later found water in the toilet, which I drunk after saying a prayer. The gig itself was great. I did my own version of a lovely song which was recorded by a kind lady and (thanks to Nefi-18 Nadia Janjua) was e-mailed to me a few days ago. I haven't seen this video yet, and I would normally never put such videos online before seeing them, nonetheless, I felt great that night so I'm sure this looks and sounds just fine, and I hope your computer can play it. Eventually I'll link this up to my own personal website, www.ymisdaq.net (if it's any good!). Watch it, let me know.

Lastly, or secondly, I should say once again, that a nice person called Rose Ria contacted me a week or so ago and the e-mail got deleted before I could respond, so if you're readin Rose, please write again with a copy of that first email if you have it. Many thanks.

NOV 12- Autumn's ending, or has ended. Welcome to nefisa. I am currently in the D.C. area working on a few things. So here's a brief update from where I am; a wireless connection in a bread-shop...I've been without the internet for a while.

I want to show you some new artwork by Nefi-19, Helen Tovey; a series of portraits- they are bloody amazing, check them out.
